"I want to thank you for the funds to complete the 2013 Senior Legacy. This year's theme was Washington Crossing the Delaware - East Style. The funds went towards the masonite, plexi, massive amount of paint, brushes, primer, rollers, etc. This project couldn't have been completed without the Art Is Smart grant. Many thanks and I look forward to working with you again!"

Visual Arts Program Supervisor, Cranston East

“This is such a great thing for art teachers in the state — as we seem to be a more dwindling breed year and year... we need every resource and every connection possible within the community to make art possible and more importantly — relevant to kids and neighborhoods — and you all made this wish a reality. Thanks so much.”

Michael DiMucci, Art Teacher at Times Squared Academy
